A revisit of possibly the best sunset I have ever seen. Whilst I have posted photos of this boat previously, none have had this little water around it.
The " Water of Leith " river is calm with mirror like images before it flows over the weir at Fords Road , Edinburgh on a beautiful sunny autumn morning.

Reflections appear in the most delightfully surprising places. Taken from Aswan nature reserve in front of the west bank.
The highlight of this area is Issyk Kul Lake, second biggest alpine lake in the world after lake Titicaca.
But in Cholpon Ata, right next to it is a small pond.
That small pond is not very appealling : it's muddy, dirty, not ideal for a swim.
But for a reflection picture, it kinda works.
Reflections of Mt Sibbald during an amazing adventure with the man Mr Poulton and two awesome mates. Was a big spoil for my birthday a couple of years ago and a gift I won't ever forget.
There are many canals at the North of Lake Tekapo as they run off the mountains.

Seen on new style seating on the approach to Hulls newest pedestrian footbridge over the River Hull,
I have been going through this years photos and processing a few forgotten ones as a recap of this past year and my first year on Flickr.
Superbusy with work now together with rainy weather and dark evenings - so photos from the 'archive' - from a few months ago. It is slightly different from the one I put up a few months ago - no buildings in this .
Also excuse me my fellow flickr friends if I have not yet got around to seeing your shots/commenting as been very
busy :)
