Hello Flickr Friends! I am so sorry for not being able to visit your wonderful streams lately. I’ve been very busy lately and will continue to be busy for a while as I need to catch up on so many things…
I was not going to post anything today and for the rest of this month but I just thought I’d thank you all for your friendship! I will still, however, try as much as I can to post even at least once a week when things start to normalize.
So here you go… this is for all of you… please don’t feel obliged to comment as it is very likely that I may not be able to return the favor. But for those who would do so, they will be greatly appreciated.
Miss you all! God bless… :)))
p.s. i will check my flickrmail regularly :)

December has arrived ... the Festive Season is not far, our homes begin to "dress up"a bit of crystal here and there .. mine in blue of course. A happy beggining of the week to all.

Image is shot under clear winter skies in the far north of Norway, Lofoten. This is a mountains region rising straight out of the ocean at 68°, north of the polar circle.

I decided to revisit this shot. Reprocessed it and got much better results from first merging it in CS3, then tonemapping and then back to CS3 for some finishing touches. Here is what I originally wrote when I first posted...
So, I haven't posted in a long time and the reason for that has been that I haven't been shooting very much over the last few weeks, I have just been too busy with my research, but I had a little inspiration last night. The sun looked like fire in the sky so I took a detour on my way to dinner and found the remnants of my favorite bus graveyard after it burned to the ground last week on the flame of a crackhead's torch. I got too cocky though, and shot 5 exp without a tripod and the light was just a little too low to handle the +4. I still think they turned out pretty great, especially for a 10 min shoot (had to get to dinner), but next time i'll take the extra time and grab the t-pod...
Contact me if you're interested in my shots (no digital version requests).
