Reference Librarians answer research questions, help customers find the books, DVDs, CDs, and articles that they are looking for (even when they don't know the title/author/artists!), and provide technology assistance.
Martha also oversees the library's web presence by maintaining the library's website and promoting the library on Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. Martha produces handouts on using various library services and maintains the library's online databases.

Visiting high school kids have to use our collection for a specific assignment, and they have to do it when no librarians are around. So I made signs to hover over each encyclopedia set they'll really need.
