The fun thing about this shot (to me) is that it could be summer or winter. As the old saying goes, "if you don't like the weather in Montana, wait 5 minutes" ;)
It takes teamwork to accomplish great things. SF3298 has been stranded on Hoth for nearly two months now - in the hottest temperatures on record. They are currently rock climbing one of the tallest peaks in an attempt to send out a less scrambled signal. Their provisions only lasted a couple weeks and they are growing weary of alien varmint meat with minimal protein content. In fact they are not sure what they have been eating; they cook it till it’s tough like hardened jerky to hopefully kill off any alien microbes... At the top of their list of requested provisions are five large blueberry cheesecakes (one each) baked fresh in the Death Star lounge. They can hope can’t they?

January 3: Sedona, hiking Bear Mountain in the snow
The Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area in Nevada is an area managed by the Bureau of Land Management as part of its National Landscape Conservation System, and protected as a National Conservation Area. It is located about 15 miles (24 km) west of Las Vegas, and easily seen from the Las Vegas Strip. The area is visited by over two million people each year.
