This was a tough shot for me, because I am using lenses adapter to magnified the subject as a result of that i am required to have a very close distance to the subject, approximately about eh 5cm away, as you may know to have this close distance it will easily scare the dragonfly away, however i am managed to captured it, i meant i shot it..although the shooting was tiring, hot, a lot of patience but i am happily and satisfied with the shot.

This is not the best but effort wise, it is not so hand in the homework assignment type. The bug is quite hard to get and after half an hour waiting, get some but still not close enough and the wing is a bit soft.

Still, something better than a honey bee.

This is a hawker of sorts i think, just not sure what type, quite big for a dragonfly, but small for a hawker, but a scarry swivwlling head. SEP 10 TH 2006.Nikon D50
