Before this, I have seen this place only on TV or news-papers.
Here you can see preparations are going on for Republic Day celebrations.

Heavily edited version of a hand-colored print posted by Okinawa Soba (see LITTLE BABYSITTERS WITH LITTLE BABIES -- A RURAL SCENE in OLD JAPAN) of recursive baby-sitting in old Japan.
There are many many interesting images of this type as well as of modern Okinawa at his Flickr site: Okinawa Soba

The sphere light didn't generate many caustics, so I'll try this one again with an area light above it instead.

This picture uses the escherization formula with parameters (-1,-3), just like this chessboard.
The key-ring is a masterpiece of modular design! Any item with a hole can be threading onto a ring. Whereupon this ring can be threaded into another, and so on. My key-ring follows this to extreme, as the basic key-ring is supplemented with different categories of toys, each on its own hierarchy ring so the less important items can be removed easily. At just under 250g it is more like a utility belt, and only carried on special occasions. i.e. whenever I wear combat trousers with extra-large pockets. Most of the time, I just take the main ring, occasionally with the note pad ring.
Waiting for a morning flight to Heathrow. Frank and I will celebrate his birthday this year by doing the Wainwright coast to coast walk across England.
I just blogged a big chunk of Wordsworth's 1810 thoughts about just how great this time of year is for the Lake District. So now, I photographed my computer, my blog, my coat, my scarf, my favorite pink hoodie, and all the other crazy people in range in this waiting area.
Adventures and more photos follow, but not for a while.

Tenuous Link: Watching the watcher watch the watcher --> Recursive.
(Link is to Eva's 'TV-bevakad'.)
(Explanation in comments if needed ...)
A recursive concept. I took out a few negatives (almost all) i had shot previously. Put a paper on the Holy Chair and placed it on. Opened the window for better backlighting with almost no front lights. Life keeps unfolding it mysteries, which need a positive conversion before we understand 'em.
Now the Qestions are: Am i running short of ideas? Can i learn photography actually? Will i ever be able to become a good photographer? Is there any chance that my good ones/clicks ratio will improve beyond 40 percent? Should i take a break from photography and stop wasting time of others who come to see my stream hoping for better and better pics? Is it the end of my photographic career? If so, shall i be able to resume it later at some point in life? Why i keep thinking like this?
