Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.0

To mark the end of the project, here is one final series of pics of the build to demonstrate the awesomeness of Studio 2.0.

Not buildable as shown here, but I would if I could. It looks like a crazy sticker-bombed 911 in thumbnail view I just realised. Hope the full-size pics don't disappoint!

In case you would like to build this in red, MOC building instructions are available on rebrickable.com/users/@mcbrickster/mocs/

Myself and @MasterBrickSeparator (on Instagram) have made a little series of Micro Star Wars Duels, some of them based on duel sets, some of our own invention, all very small and around £/€/$ to build! We’ve both shared free instructions to all of them on Rebrickable, mine are under my Micro Bespin Duel MOC, MBS’s are under his Micro Lightsaber Duels MOC, links below. We hope you like them, thanks for looking! rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-67259/ron_mcphatty/micro-bespin-.... rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-75680/MasterBrickSeparator/micro...

My favourite LEGO blog site, Brothers Brick, has written a cool little feature about my effects pedal board moc. You can check it out here: www.brothers-brick.com/2021/10/27/put-the-pedal-to-the-me...

This is my take on The Liberator from the Star Wars Rebels animated series. Its the same scale as my other micro Star Wars ships (I aim for 1:250), 59cm long, 1903 pieces weighing 1.6kg, but still very strong and easy to pick up.

I've tried my hardest to make all the sections proportionally correct and as detailed as possible. Most of the ship is made from modules connected to a Technic frame, inside of which is the ship's multi-layered interior (not to the same scale, its just a bit of fun!), topped by removable roof sections.

This was the last and by far the biggest ship on my micro Star Wars to-do list and I'm really pleased with how it turned out! Its the same scale as everything else I've labelled 'micro' so I'll try to take some group and maybe battle photos of lots of them together soon. Thanks for looking and I hope you enjoy the little space ships :)

I’ve been dragging my heels, this ones been up on Rebrickable a week already. The bomber was a very satisfying shape to replicate, tricky though as I couldn’t find a way to hold the back-to-back plates of the fin together without building a base directly into it. I threw in Tallie Lintra’s Resistance A-Wing with this too, as I hadn’t included it with any other micro ships before. rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-66320/ron_mcphatty/resistance-bo...

It is the result of many (too many) hours of work, but the baseline is created using Stud.io and I am really grateful to BrickLink team for their development on the FREE to use software. It has it's bugs and to get result like this, it takes some fiddling and a lot of manual edits, but it's a tremendous help nonetheless. Make sure to check Stud.io out!

This little group started with the modified TIE Bomber. I added surface detail to this ship as well as a more interesting bomb loading and dropping mechanism and space for the gonk droid in the pilot-side of the hull. The TIE Fighter and Vader's TIE Advanced are built to match the proportions and scale of the Bomber, using the same cockpit style. They can be built invididually but my intention was that they're a modification of the Bomber set, with only £10 of extra parts needed in addition to 75347.

As my exploration of Prequel ships continues, I'm trying to shift my focus to Minifig-scale more, and decided to give a crack at Obi-Wan's sleek Delta-7 from Episode II: Attack of the Clones.

At exactly 400 pieces, this compact and angular ship was full of technical challenges, especially with the constraint of making a proper interior that could accommodate a full Obi-Wan Minifigure without ending up with a bulky design.

Following my "wings must be as thin as possible" philosophy (like the Eta-2), I used a combination of plates & tiles for the outline of the wings, and bricks on their sides for the rest: this resulted in 2-plate thick wings, which give the ship all its slenderness, especially seen from lower angles. At this scale, and given how compact the ship is in-universe, I wanted to respect the slim and sharp look of the original design.

Making a functional cockpit with comfortable space was the most daunting task as I needed to securely attach the fin section and both angled fuselage parts that surround the cockpit without using any vertical space, where Obi-Wan sits. I also managed to incorporate a dashboard that doesn't obstruct the pilot's view and depicts the screen fairly well.

The model features detachable landing gear to be displayed on the ground, as well as a canted stand for a more dynamic pose. The model is very stable overall and perfectly swooshable.

Instructions for the Delta-7 are available on Rebrickable!

This time we’re going full BOSS with a tribute BCB-90X pedalboard made of 605 pieces (thanks to guitarworld.com for giving me the idea) This board comes fully stocked with 8 BOSS pedals. An EQ-20 Advanced EQ, PH-1r Phaser, TU-3 Chromatic Tuner (upgraded versions from my previous pedal board), SD-1 Super Overdrive, RC-1 Loop Station, GT-1000CORE Guitar Effects Processor, Waza Craft DM-2W Delay and FS-7 Dual Footswitch.

As with my previous effects pedalboard this is precisely scaled to the Lego Fender set and contains sockets to connect to your guitar and amp and truly crank it up to 12!

After a long wait my Castle XX entry and Brickscaliber entry MOC instructions are now free on Rebrickable! We have a lot more coming so stay tuned, and leave any questions on the Rebrickable comments section, happy building!

Here is my final entry into this already (very) over-crowded market of Mandalorian N-1 Starfighter mocs. I wanted to build mine before putting it on Rebrickable to ensure it all worked well. Made of 646 parts (including my signature angled stand) it is 37cm long and 27cm wide. My aim was to create a model that is as smooth and sleek as possible whilst using the SNOT technique for the wings. With only 2 exposed studs on the top of the ship (not including greebling) I’m quite pleased with the result.

There are a lot of surface detail differences between the 2 sides of the ship, many of which I’ve tried to match as closely as I can at minifigure scale. For the 2 people left in the world who still haven’t built one of the 9 million mocs of this on Rebrickable, if you want a snot version that has been fully build tested, mine is available now!
