I am leaning towards the Rebel XSi, partially because I know a LOT of you flickr folks use it and will be able to answer my incredibly stupid questions. (And because I am sort of familiar with my Canon PNS and therefore the way Canons function somewhat. Apples and oranges, I know. I also have in the back of my mind my absolutely beloved old Canon Photura, which served me so faithfully until the hubby bounced it off the pavement. That was a truly nice film camera, took beautiful shots) I need to do more research before committing to anything, but just the fact that this book exists for the model of camera I am considering delights me to NO end. They might as well have put my flippin' name on it.
