National Library Week 2016
The Diocese of Liverpool is celebrating the Licensing of thirteen new Readers for the Church of England.
The licensing took place on 11th September 2010 at a service at Liverpool Cathedral, at which Bishop Richard Blackburn, Bishop of Warrington, presided. The Bishop of Warrington is the Bishop Suffragan and the second most senior clergyman in the Diocese of Liverpool.
