The DOT Urban Art Program partnered with the International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) and Gabriela Galvan present "Aquatic Random" a site-responsive, abstract sculpture of St. George Ferry Terminal in Staten Island. The sculpture is composed of found boat parts used for navigation, such as steering wheels and buoys, highlighting the surrounding waterways and ferry terminal activity.
Throughout Galvan's work, the artist explores how sculpture relates to the ideas of time and transformation. Her site-specific work is informed by her surroundings as she observes everyday objects and materials. She creates work that generates dialogue among the art, site and spectators.

First one I found stuck in a tree down street.. next two I found.. one frozen to the street sign post and the other found on sidewalk and last one also found on sidewalk.
1. didnt know what tagged meant untill i got tagged.
2. in about 4 weeks i'll be on a plane to melbourne.
3. i'm about to go see rightious kill, new movie with DeNiro and Pacino. can't be better then Taxi Driver though.
4. sundays i have coffee with my friends and we all bring our cams.
5. i studied architecture but currently im working at an urban landscape office.

7. it takes about 25 minutes to get to work.
8. when i was born i was brought to a different mother by accident. the other baby is one of my best friends since then.

11. used to own a ps2 untill it got stolen in istanbul.
12. im a sucker for sims2 but dont really play the game, just build houses all the time:)
