Spotted this radically raked Toyota from the late '70s at the Home Depot parking lot in Enfield, Connecticut.
This is all I had time to do! The rake was going to be copper with silver accentsa, and the roses were sterling.

This rake did NOT pose for this - it is as I found it the other day along the swimming area. Apparently the rake is provided for anyone to use to keep the beach free of debris but, as autumn approaches, it was fun to catch it taking a rest.
This was the next project. A rake to pull behind a John Deere tractor. It looked intimidating at first, but it didn't take us long to just do it. It was a new experience for ALL of us working on it, but it went rather well..
Kathy bought some sunflowers for a dinner party on Sunday.
Her brother is visiting and she fixed enchiladas for friends and family.
