So.......One day when it was raining like crazy outside I decided I was going to try to catch myself a raindrop. Easier said than done, at least for me :-) After what seemed like shooting 100's of photo's I got this one, Yeah! I was satisfied. The crazy things I do for entertainment. I know my neighbors think I have totaly lost it. :-)

Vingerhoedskruid
ingerhoedskruid is een bijzonder mooie plant, maar hij is ook één van de giftigste planten die in onze omgeving bloeit. Hij is zelfs zo giftig dat als je deze plant in je tuin hebt staan en je wilt hem verplaatsen of verwijderen, je handschoenen moet dragen en ervoor moet zorgen dat open wondjes niet in aanraking kunnen komen met deze dodelijke schoonheid. Naast de Latijnse naam Digitalis purpurea dat Paarse vinger betekent, wordt deze prachtige plant in Nederlands ook wel Pijpenkop, Poppenschoentje, Judasbeurs of Slangenbloem genoemd. In het Engels staat ze bekend als Foxglove of Dead man’s bells, Fairy thimbles of Witches’ gloves.
