There's no quiz, and even if there was, there's nothing even approaching a prize. Beside the track today there's been three plants which superficially resemble each other. This is the third: Indigofera australis. It's been a good walk — so many wildflowers with so little effort. OK, there was some effort in the climb. Actually at times it hurt quite a bit.
The common name, Austral indigo, might be a bit misleading. Indigo, the colour, reflects the dye made from a plant of the same Genus. Not so, it seems for this variety. Instead, the best this indigo can do is make a yellowish dye and when crushed in water, stun fish. Apart from those deficiencies and misdemeanors it does have the compensation of gorgeous flowers and leaves which provide habitat for a number of butterfly species.

DMU/DEMU Dilemma no.2. (Guess the location Quiz).

それはそうと。
デジカメを持つようになってから
ずっと CanonのPowerShot シリーズを愛用しているのですが、
今年の３月末に発売予定のPowerShot G1Xが気になる今日この頃。
そんな中、Flickrにアップされる皆さんの素敵写真を見ながら
『イイなぁ、一眼レフ。いっそ一眼レフを買おうかな！？』 とも思うのですが
『一眼レフじゃ無くても自分が撮りたい世界は撮れるハズ！』 というのが当初の動機(？)だったので、
そこは貫くべきか…マイクロ一眼ならアリなのか？…しかしなによりもお金が無い…。
うーん。そんなこんなで悩み続けております。
さてはてどうなることやら。
