There was an interminable queue at the entrance No1 at the Plitvice Lakes at the start of my second day there. Some had to wait about 1h15...
Thanks god, I bought a two-days entrance so I didn't have to wait that long.
It is still one of the most beautiful places you'll find in Croatia.
If you ever get the opportunity to go there, just go!
Bus Stop - O'Connell Street - Dublin - Ireland
If I recall correctly this is one of the bus stops just outside Penneys (aka Primark in the UK and abroad) department store.
A small choreography unfolds around the food truck. Bodies lean, shuffle, pause. Phones glow, hands tuck into pockets, conversations drift and reconnect. The queue bends gently, finding its own rhythm.
Warm light spills from the hatch, catching faces and jackets, turning waiting into something communal. No rush, just anticipation. Street food as a social glue, drawing strangers into the same temporary orbit.
What I like most is the balance: movement without haste, togetherness without obligation. A simple urban ritual, played out under city lights, full of quiet atmosphere.
The queue to get to the door is not the end of journey, to get to the auto screens will take these people another 10/20 mins depending on the speed of the food crew
