This little girl is crazy cute! It’s amazing how many expressions race over her face during the hours of slumber. One second she’s scrunching her brow, the next second one side of her mouth is forming a smile. Her lips quiver, her eye brows raise, and her yawns are wide. I love when she’s quiet, content and happy; it reminds me that we are in fact doing a good job.
Sleep tight baby girl.
How many would you have answered correctly? Me, probably 2...maybe 3, with a lucky guess on 'lizard'.
I just want to eat them up! (But I won’t though! Lol) Footprints, finger prints, and DNA. They carry the genetic makeup from generations long past. This little girl has more history than she’ll ever know flowing through her veins. I wish that I had her blood line documented so that I could teach her where she came from. Her roots if you will. She’s got so many from so many parts of the world; she literally wouldn’t be able to count them all even if she used ALL of her little digits. Perhaps it’s time to look up the ancestors.
not to be outdone by the likes of jar jar, r2 catches up on some 'professional development' reading ...
It’s amazing to see this little person come into the world. She literally has all of her parts. Yea I know…she’s supposed to have all of her parts right?! But think about it. REALLY? She’s a little person; just BAM…here I am! You always hear “the miracle of childbirth”. When you stop and think about it; it really is. I know I’m not the first and definitely not the last to think, “I made that (this….errr ummm…..her). “ I did, I made her. That’s just crazy talk! I made a person. When you think about it , it’s crazy. I made a person. “I can make a cake, I can make dinner, I can make a paper air plane.” Those all sound normal, you hear it constantly. How often do you hear someone say, “I can make a person” ? Ummmm, not to often, yet we do it everyday! Whew, my head is spinning just thinking about it.
You see each one of those lashes? Each one of those; yea I had something to do with that. Am I boasting? Yea…pretty much.
Here are pictures of the completely fun evening on the Seth's Big Fat Broadway Cruise. Here are pictures from the Broadway Stars Q&A Session (Question & Answer) with Seth Rudetsky, Christine Pedi, and Tony Award Winners Lillias White and Beth Leavel. What a fun evening and funny as heck! Event on Wednesday February 19th, 2020. On board the Celebrity Equinox for Seth's Big Fat Broadway Cruise from February 15th to the 22nd, 2020. The itinerary includes stops in San Juan (Puerto Rico), Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas (US Virgin Islands), Tortola (British Virgin Islands), Nassau (Bahamas) before returning to Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale, Florida). The best part is that we are on Seth's Big Fat Broadway Cruise again!
“BURRRR, it’s so cold outside! It’s raining, it’s windy, and I’m no longer surrounded by warm fluid. What is this place? It’s so bright and chaotic out here! I have to tell someone I’m hungry, I have to tell someone I’m tired, and half the time I’ve got this cotton sack holding poop up against me. This has to be the worst dream ever!”

If you have questions

why not try stillness

To understand this
one must give up on oneself

He served on U.S. Grant's staff during the Civil War, following his graduation from Harvard. While still a youth he was rescued from falling from a moving train by Edwin Booth, elder brother of John Wilkes Booth (the assassin of his father).
He was connected with the assassinations of three American Presidents. He was present at his father's bedside when he died; was in the crowd at the Washington, DC, railroad station when President James Garfield was shot; and was at the Buffalo (NY) Pan-American Exposition when President William McKinley was shot. He later refused to attend Presidential functions, believing that he somehow brought bad luck to them.
He served the United States as the last Minister to Great Britain (before the title was changed to Ambassador) and as Secretary of War under President Garfield. His only son, Abraham Lincoln II, died in France while Robert was serving as Minister in London (see separate information on the younger Lincoln).
He later became President of the Pullman Company in Chicago. He was also present at the dedication of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC.
He died at his summer retreat, "Hildene," in Manchester, Vermont, where he had become a virtual recluse in the later years. He was described in contemporary reports as "A full-fleshed man, bearded and bespectacled who was impeccable in his social relations and personal grooming." He spent much of his time protecting his family against sensation seekers and speculators and was put into the position of having his mother (Mary Todd Lincoln) committed to a mental institution when her irrational behavior became worse. He is the only member of his father's immediate family not to be buried in the Lincoln family plot in Springfield, Illinois.
