At the recent Bellevue arts and crafts fair(s), Comcast blocked off a stretch of road and provided colored chalk for drawing. Here we see a mark that may have been made by ? of the 60s garage band ? and the Mysterians. Or possibly by the superhero The Question.

After a long hiatus, the mystery signage of Oaktown series continues with this willfully elliptical number.

Fine, the little pyromaniac. She was my fire assistant all along, I didn't dare to touch the burning books until the last hour of our shoot. I hate getting burned as much as I hate water, but I kinda like trying things out that scare me a lot. Going out of my comfort zone, that was a good thing. :)

The (sort of) completed front of my seventh Doctor sweater/vest/jumper. The ribbing on the neck and armholes are added after both sides are knitted.

This is a question mark butterfly.

Once the M was formed, I knew where this was going. I still thought it was sweet. It also took a really long time. And I was shamefully evaluating the challenges of sky writing typography. Just think about it for a sec :-)
