PushUp Maurice Allen Lee
SAX & BRASS & ROCK 'N' SOUL aus den Tiefen des Ruhrpotts und dem Herzen der Ruhrstadt.
Continuing a tradition since 1663 when the Lords Proprietors were first granted permission by the Carolina Charter, North Carolina National Guard Soldiers kept ready to deploy in defense of friends, family and neighbors during May Drill at headquarters in Raleigh and at Camp Butner in Stem, North Carolina. Pushups, sit-ups, 2-mile runs, pistol and rifle qualification were the order of the day for students, business owners, professionals, stay at home parents, Citizen-Soldiers all. @RiotNikasaur wanted to know if there was anything that I could not do. Push-ups prove difficult, Nika. Thanks for finding a sore spot.
Also dub step. Not my thing.
Pushups, situps and a two-mile run only comprised a small percentage of the day’s activities for roughly 300 cadets competing Oct. 20 for selection into a Military Individual Advanced Development program. Competitive MIADS, like the Combat Diver Qualification Course, Sapper Leader Course and Special Forces Assessment and Selection, required cadets to prove they among the best of the best and can successfully complete some of the Army’s toughest training programs.
