Our kids just gave my wife and I a fantastic, rehearsed puppet show about dinosaurs during the crustaceous period. They organized it, worked together, rehearsed, and played together wonderfully. It was a blissful 6 minutes

This makes me happy. I love my lack of drawing skills with computer mice. The picture above is being etched onto a DVD as I type. The software gave me the option of putting a picture on there as well as the name, so I doinked around in gimp.

This is what I was walking to see. Goth Boy Brian had told me about a "pirate puppetshow" and of course I had to check it out. It was in this small venue called Ars Nova, and the troupe, Jollyship the Whiz-Bang, put on a 15 minute puppetshow and then rocked out for a bit. It was all nautical themed and hilarious. I didn't pull out my camera until I saw someone else take pictures, so I don't have any of the puppetshow, but I have some of the musical set.
This is the guitarist, with a blonde wig on, which was being blown by a fan one of the other troupemembers set up in front of him. To the right was a tiki torch that exploded in sparks.
