I just spent a week in Cancún, Mexico. It was very hot and humid - walk a quarter mile and sweat a bucket. I got up most every morning early to check the sky. It was pretty much the same thing every day. Low clouds moving across the horizon. Once the sun came up the low clouds disappeared. There was a constant breeze as one might expect at the ocean but we never had hard winds or rain.

Punta Cancún is the eastern most point of the Yucatan Penisula, or at least it looks to be on the map. I really can't find much information about it on the internet. Many hotels are not far from the point. Every morning I got there were quite a few others enjoying the sunrise while others slept off the tequila. I enjoyed some tequila too but not so much that I couldn't get up and explore some spots for photography : )

Hi there.

Not been around for a week or so as been on holiday to Southern Spain for a week.

Had a couple of trips out with the camera, and this is the result of one of them.

This is Punta Chullera near Gibraltar and a mighty fine sunrise shoot. This was pre dawn, but not as bad as it sounds as the sun didn't rise until 8.40am!!

Have got a good few to bore you with, so watch out!!
