Standing at the foot of the Town Steps in Aldeburgh, this water pump was erected in 1840 to serve the cottages on the left. Manufacturer was the local engineering firm of Garrett and Son of Leiston. Restored 2007.
never seen it break so good... it was better in the morning i seriously sore a guy get like a 50 meter barrel it was insane!!!
Every year I plan to repaint this -ha! And notice the TALL grass, sigh, damn those lazy homeowners...

Petrol pump at the corner of the A924 and bridge in the centre of Kirkmichael.
I was told locally that there used to be a garage on the opposite side of the road (North Eastside I think, not the present garage). There was also a smithy at NO 07995 60120, where there is now a cottage.
