So I started going to the gym again after a three year pause in January and my hubby made the mistake of offering me a night on the town when I could do five pull ups. His mistake was in not specifying any limits on this night and misjudging my persistence.
So far I can do only one but I'm getting there.
the external pullup resistor R6 must be removed when building the SparkTime:DeskClock adapter board since it connects to a non-5V tolerant input pin.

The muscle-ups were brutal - many ppl started with muscle ups but were reduced to pullups at the end (3 pullups for each prescribed muscle up). Others of us just started with pullups ;)
I cut two 2' sections of 2x6 treated lumber and drilled a 1" hole through them both with a spade bit while they were stacked. then I hung the board up on the joist with clamps.

This boy was really tough. He did 10 pullups and got a prize.
The Lowell Folk Festival is the second largest free folk festival in the United States. Only Seattle's Northwest Folklife is larger, both in attendance and number of performance stages. It is made up of three days of traditional music, dance, craft demonstrations, street parades, dance parties and ethnic foods. All of this is presented on six outdoor stages throughout the city of Lowell, Massachusetts.
It is one of many festivals in the U.S. that originated from the National Folk Festival. Lowell hosted the event from 1987 to 1989, and the locals continued this festival starting in 1990. It is held from Friday through Sunday on the last full weekend of July each year.
