Once the only way accross the river wensum, when the river was twice as wide as it is now. Just visiable behind is the spire of the Anglican Cathedral.
Here's the boston butt before I started pulling. The cooked butt weighed in at 4 lb 4 oz. It was initially 6 lb 8 oz for a 35% reduction. The $2.50/lb raw would in effect become $3.85/lb cooked not counting charcoal, hickory, or rub costs.

this was rather an experiment - was trying to capture the opposing forces - the big white heavy smoke pulling to the right and the small fragile fireman pulling to the left.
