Mr. Dabb (no joke) pokes out the barn door as they prepare to pull three empty gons out of the CN interchange at Pembine.
The once-river gateway to the Cathedral building site. Caen stone, Baltic timber and Swedish Iron would have made it's way across the North Sea from the continent, up the Yare and Wensum, before heading through this archway and along a specially dug canal that led right into the heart of the Cathedral building site. The canal was filled in in the late 1700's.
The name comes from more recent times. John Pull was he ferryman here from 1796 until his death in 1841, he was also the landlord of his own pub situated in the Ferry House.
UPY 578 pulls a string of empty newsprint boxcars out of the Chicago Tribune Freedom Center printing plant.
Running all by itself, UP 8212 splits the searchlight dwarfs at CP LF980 in Beaumont. The train has a sizeable set-out here so the locomotive will pull the first part of its train past the CP before shoving back into Beaumont yard.

UP 8101 pulls the ANPMLX-15 down the Provo yard lead. This train was a nice little surprise to see coming off the Provo sub, passing through Provo yard and heading down the Sharp sub.
C-GRBR, a Cessna F337G Super Skymaster, heading south on taxiway "Bravo" to runway 33 at Toronto Buttonville Municipal Airport in Markham, Ontario.
The 46-year-old native of France was going north to Muskoka Airport at Gravenhurst, Ontario.
The 337's forward engine pulls, while the aft unit pushes. The result is an easily recognizable sound for aircraft spotters around the world.
There was a local Winter Fair last weekend, only now getting around to looking at the shots.
The BBQ stalls were popular and you should never pull an offered finger!

The pull is a track by Richmond fontaine, and those words describe the butterfly season to me. Because we've done management for many years to try and improve numbers, the desire to check numbers becomes overwhelming! This wonderful fresh Dark Green Fritillary was a highlight of a lovely walk, where a couple of fresh High Browns were also about. That's tomorrows challenge!
Speed, weaving ... this boat has been pulled over by the marine police ...
Liked how the dog on the boat pulled over patiently waits for the proceedings to end.

oh how I loves me some photo assignments, and with four different photo classes this semester I gots plenty of em'. this one is, to take a self portrait and have an underlying narrative expressed through it. ok maybe I added the second part but who's countin'.
Today class, we learn some common misconceptions about quotes.
1. "Play it again Sam" was never spoken in the movie Casablanca.
2. "Pull my finger" is not a request, it is a courtesy.
