Educational signs at the viewpoint/pullout at Rainbow Point, the southernmost pullout on the Bryce Canyon drive. I wanted to remember this stuff. I did not get the photo that pointed out that some big predators (coyote, mountain lion, a couple of others) were found at all the heights.

One of many roadside pullouts with a scenic view along the road to Hope, Alaska! Great day for a motorcycle ride, with August temps in the mid-70's!
While staying at Potlatch RV Resort in La Conner, Washington, we drove to Anacortes to take in a Street Fair, then took a drive around nearby Washington Park. What a lovely drive, and a great place for walking, which we will try to do the next time we're in the area. This was one of numerous places to pull off and look at the view. (11-08-07-3491)
