This is pseudo water color. I made this by making the two layers like the document said to do. i change the contrast of the water, ad the background differently. I used hard light.

+ I really like the blues, and how they are many colors in this picture, from puruple to light and dark blue.

- The background probably takes away from the focal point of the water, but i actually really like it that way, because it adds more color, and interest in my opinion.
