When they were paving the new extended road, they probably accidentally hit the old pole so they added a new pole just to keep it up for a bit longer.

This is a replacement for a pole on the same line as in the next photo.

Access to damaged equipment continues to be challenging due to deep, wet snow and slush. While main roads are clear, many side streets are still impassable or unsafe for our crews.

The main focus of this image is the 69kv crossarm in the middle of the image but behind the pole in the front. Interestingly enough, PSE&G doesn't use any insulator pins on the cross arm itself.
