The reason the bottom phases are down so low is because they are bringing those lines to proper 26kv equipment. The bottom three are actually 26kvs, but for a few miles, they are mounted on 69kv insulators!

I finally figured this one out. Before these new poles were up, this used to be a double 26kv circuit. Now it appears to be a double 69kv, but the circuit on the right is actually a 26kv!

First flown with the Boeing test registration N1787B, this aircraft was delivered to ILFC International Lease Finance Corporation and leased to Mandarin Airlines (Taiwan) as B-16803 in Jan-01.
It was returned to the lessor in Jan-09 and leased to Jet - X (Iceland) as TF-JXI a few days later. It was immediately fitted with blended winglets and wet-leased to Primera Air by the end of Jan-09. The lease was transferred to Primera Air Scandinavia and it was re-registered OY-PSE in Aug-09.
Primera Air Scandinavia ceased operations in Oct-18 and the aircraft was returned to AerCap/ILFC as OE-IBF and stored at Shannon, Ireland. It was leased to SmartWings (Czechia) as OK-TSV in Jul-19 and returned to the lessor in late Feb-20 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
It was stored at Lourdes, France. The aircraft was re-registered N364AV in Oct-20 and remained stored at Lourdes. It was ferried to Dothan, AL, USA in early Jan-21 for freighter conversion.
The aircraft was converted to freighter configuration with a main deck cargo door in May-21 and was leased to Cargo Air (Bulgaria) as LZ-CGA in Jun-21, still in basic Primera livery with a grey tail and yellow winglets. Current, updated 29-May-22.
