Proof of David and I being there about 2 years ago in Xian. We were very happy to see it now and surprised to see that is still there. Roland, thank you very much to find it and send it to us! (You can not ignore it when it's written next to your door, eh? Hahaha!)
At 8,550 feet, spring comes a little later, no matter what state you're in :)

Summer 2018 3rd leg: We'd planned a few weeks in southern Colorado, then wised up and went to Utah instead.
June 20: Moved camp up to Fish Lake, relaxed with a few easy lakeside hikes.
Spell checker is not the best proofing tool!! I looked over and over this thing. It was my first custom designed by me that I have ordered. I wanted to be extra careful I checked and checked and checked this thing over. Well, when you spell check Brain, it does not catch that it should be BRIAN! UGH!
This is what our home looks like when the kids come to visit. The upper left is the spare bedroom. The crib is added for sweet baby Colin. That's my closet open in distance. The closet in the master bedroom is tiny. The middle picture on the left is my intern's office. Can you tell?! Right now it's home to Ian (5) and Emme (3). The picture on the bottom is taken by me in my comfy bed. This is what it looks like right after The Man brings me a cuppa and dogs. We all pile in for cuddles. The Man has on a black shirt. On the right is the spare bath which is over taken by the kids. This is the neat group of kids by the way. The other three families are a little more, shall we say, free form. 14 grand peeps in all. Never a shortage of action or love when they are in town!
In my efforts to disprove Manhattanhenge, I snapped this pic where the sun's rays are almost lined up with 34th Street as seen from the Empire State Building. SOOC...from this pic, you can see a ray of light coming down 34th Street.
