AFGHANISTAN — Maj. Gen. This is 48 - 52 Vittoria Street. Currently home to Pinnegar Hayward Design. Architects, Planning supervisors and Project Managers.
48 and 52 is a pair of 19th century houses with with outbuildings to the rear. Both houses are of three storeys with a single sash window on each floor and the ground floor doors have semi-circular arches. An extension has been built to the right with identical sash windows and an open ground floor to allow vehicle access.
As you can see, the former houses are painted in sky blue paint.

Elvin Antonio, a Europe District project manager, receives the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service from Lt. Col. Andy Hemphill, the district’s deputy commander, during a farewell ceremony May 12 at the Amelia Earhart Center in Wiesbaden, Germany. Antonio, who’s served a total of seven years with the district, began his second tour in May 2012 when he joined the Installation Support Branch. He delivered a variety of challenging projects by displaying tremendous professionalism, innovation and selfless service, according to the award citation.
