The director of the annual Chalk Festival finishes up this piece on the fourth day. Robin VanLear and her helpers lay down a very large and ambitious piece each year which often takes more than the weekend to finish.
I'm just holding the front in place while I think about how to build a neck transition between the two sections.
I also am getting my Bricklink shipments in, so I was able to clean up the Bumblebee pattern on the "wings".
The working title for this is "Luna". My first ship was the Chrysalis, so I think I want to name each ship after a butterfly or moth.
Big question for the usual folks who fave these things - Build the interior fig scale or microscale?

In progress - my first attempt at drawing with pastels, and my first attempt at drawing in colour. There's more detail to add to this and some tidying up, then the other half to start working on.
