The FIU Accounting Bridge program is a 2-day summer program for selected college-bound students. During the 2 days participants will have the opportunity to meet professionals who studied in accounting and now have lucrative, secure, and fascinating jobs.
Rooted in the community, the Pineville Branch of Charlotte Mecklenburg Library officially opened to the public on Saturday December 10th, preceded by a ribbon cutting ceremony the previous morning. The community enjoyed a variety of programs and activities on opening day including a family storytime, henna and face painting, a photo booth, a magic show, other kids activities, and of course all of the wonderful books that the Library has to offer. Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is proud to officially welcome Pineville residents to the staff and spaces that will empower children, teens, and adults with knowledge and resources to pursue lifelong learning.
