A Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte realizou em janeiro mais uma edição do programa Escola nas Férias, que obteve excelentes resultados. Na região Noroeste, foram 16 escolas participantes e 3 mil alunos atendidos diariamente. A programação incluiu oficinas de lazer, recreação, esporte, dança, teatro e artes, oferecidas dentro das próprias escolas, além de excursões e atividades lúdicas. Os eventos foram realizados em horário parcial ou integral e participaram crianças e adolescentes de 6 a 14 anos que residem ou não na capital. A Escola Municipal Arthur Guimarães, que fica no bairro Nova Esperança, foi a unidade que mais recebeu inscrições, com 900 inscritos na semana do evento.

if I am correct there are only 2**(8*8) = 18.446.744.073.709.551.616 combinations possible… so, only the first page here
nice to know, all the classic Apple, IBM, Arcade, Atari, Commodore etc… fonts are in there, as long they are based on 8x8 pixels

A Companhia Urbanizadora e de Habitação de Belo Horizonte (Urbel) apresentou na última semana de forma detalhada para a juÃza da 7ª Vara da Justiça Federal, Dayse Starling Lima Castro, os diversos programas e intervenções que são executadas pela empresa, cujo objetivo é melhorar as condições habitacionais e urbanÃsticas da população das vilas e favelas. O diretor presidente da Urbel, Genedempsey Bicalho, enfatizou a importância da atuação da empresa para o conjunto da cidade e também as dificuldades enfrentadas no cotidiano de trabalho. Segundo ele, iniciativas deste tipo, reunindo agentes públicos do Judiciário e do Executivo, estimulam a aproximação e maior diálogo entre atores envolvidos nas ações empreendidas pela Urbel.

Virginia National Guard Family Programs presents awards and certificates of appreciation to their volunteers during the State Volunteer Recognition Workshop and Youth Symposium Aug. 14, 2022, in Newport News, Virginia. During the ceremony, the National Guard Bureau Family Programs Region 3 Volunteer of the Year award was presented to April Fisher, a volunteer with the Suffolk-based Bravo Troop, 2nd Squadron, 183rd Cavalry Regiment, 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. Col. Matthew Gallegos, the Virginia Air National Guard director of staff, gave remarks during the ceremony, which also recognized Family Readiness Group volunteers from around the state for their hard work and dedication working with VNG families and youths. The 2015 Youth and Mentors Film Program was a filmmaking workshop that brought together youth and the people they look up to in their community. They collaborated to produce these powerful short films, and were featured in a short documentary. The program was made possible with the support of the Peel Regional Police, The Journey Neighbourhood Centre, and the Province of Ontario.

I made four layer programs, with a black backing, wrapped over the top. I secured them with different colored ribbons - which coordinated with our wedding colors (black, hot pink and lime green). The inspiration was the program from my friend Juliana's wedding.

Ayer estrenamos el programa EDUCA como Empresa Amiga de la USAL, que tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de actividades educativas dirigidas a centros de Salamanca y su provincia. En este programa habrá talleres, conferencias, etc para centros de educación infantil, primaria, secundaria, bachillerato y FP.
Y nosotros la estrenamos con el Taller de Cuajada que realizamos en el Colegio Nuevo de Carbajosa de la Sagrada, en el que enseñamos a los niños cómo se puede hacer queso casi en cualquier sitio.

Our students expanded their knowledge of Python by learning about lists. We started off this morning learning about basic lists but by the afternoon we were making two dimensional lists. They will use what they learned about lists to make a tic-tac-toe game. Our students are very eager to participate which has created an excellent classroom environment.
