Burghley House is a grand 16th-century country house near to Stamford, Lincolnshire, England, a leading example of the Elizabethan prodigy house. Its park was laid out by Capability Brown.The house is now within the boundary of the Peterborough unitary authority of the ceremonial county of Cambridgeshire and was part of the Soke of Peterborough, an historic area that was traditionally associated with Northamptonshire. It lies 0.9 miles (1.4 km) south of Stamford and 10 miles (16 km) northwest of the city of
Peterborough.Burghley was built for Sir William Cecil, later 1st Baron Burghley, who was Lord High Treasurer to Queen Elizabeth I, between 1558 and 1587 and modelled on the privy lodgings of Richmond Palace. It was subsequently the residence of his descendants, the earls and, since 1801, marquesses of Exeter. Since 1961 it has been owned by a charitable trust established by the family.
Lady Victoria Leatham, antiques expert and television personality, followed her father, Olympic gold-medal winning hurdler and runner, IAAF President and MP David Cecil, the 6th marquess by running the house from 1982 to 2007.

I took this photo of The Luxx sitting in front of the Solar Eclipse and it reminded me of the new Prodigy album artwork so I modified it to give it a similar look !
This one seems to have a sort of soft focus to it. My favorite of these three.
If you open up the larger size and look closely, you'll be able to see the whole group, Flint, Maxim, Howlett, and the drummer and guitarist - I forget their names.

What can I say? She's a natural 9-year-old prodigy photographer. I don't even have to worry about the lack of a neck strap because she never puts it down.

Burghley House in Stamford, Lincolnshire, is one of the greatest stately homes in all of Britain. Built between 1563 and 1589 for William Cecil, Elizabeth I's Lord Treasurer and her Chief Minister for four decades. The massive house incorporates Flemish, French, English and Italian Renaissance and Gothic features.

My first official portrait under the DarkLove Art banner.. this is a good friend of mine, Prodigy. He simply told me he wanted fire, and that's exactly what he got!
