Procreate fingerpainting on iPad Pro

Looks like milkweed bugs, since that's where I found them getting busy!

apps used: iColorama, Snapseed, Procreate

Digital painting with ProCreate, iPad Pro, and Apple Pencil

This is a breakthrough for me - I have never achieved this level of looseness and controlled chaos in one of my paintings. YeeeHa!

Thanks to Betty Krause on YouTube and her “Abstractly Yours” series.

Most of you guys on instagram voted for me to make Green Arrow based on his season 5 appearance so here he is!

Here's my old green arrow customs I've made in the past and as you can see. he's probably one of my worst customs I ever made and I use to like it X(

and his season 4 suit which is just as bad

So onto the figure itself...

Head-

Hood is a modified Lego Hood just like what I did with Arsenal

Head is a modified clone trooper head with only the mouth erased and painted and added stubble.

Mask is sculpted as well and is not removable

Torso-

If you are wondering what happened to my previous arrow torso, you're looking at it. I pretty much covered the old torso with E-tape to give extra padding and a 3D effect. The parts that are black is the actual lego torso itself peeking out. His quiver strap is also E-tape with sculpted procreate parts

I also added a little more E-tape that stretches below the torso so it's a little more realistic.

Quiver is from my previous Arrow Season 4 figure but with the neck brace cut off and glued onto the torso

Arms-

Both sides are black arms with sculpted shoulder pads and E-tape that stretches below the arm to give a sleeve look. Also fully painted

Legs-

Legs were actually from my previous Arrow season 4 figure but with the green highlights removed, extra black paint and E-tape and procreate for his tiny arrow holster and straps.

Weapons-

Bow is a complete custom made from different lego parts.

Handle was made from a lego rod piece and the hook pieces are made from lego claw pieces. The circle pulley is made from those lego antennae piece. Strands are glued onto the base and the pulleys. The long skinny pieces on each tip were made from the middle section of the radiator tiles (parts images are linked down below)

Lastly, the string is an ordinary green strand

Arrowhead is from brickforge

That's about it. Hope you guys like this and I'm gonna post pictures of The Dark Archer, Deathstroke, and Spartan soon

Selune represents the mysterious power of the moon, the celestial force that influences the tides, changes lycanthropes, orders of reproductive cycles, and pulls at the edges of sanity. An incalculably ancient deity, Selune approaches existence with the placid calm of dappled moonlight. Like the moon itself, the quietly mystical Lady of Silver has many faces.

Original digital painting with Procreate, iPad Pro, and Apple Pencil.

The image started as a brush test of the new Keith Haring brush set from Adobe and I was doing multiple layers to test different brushes. When I started using layer modes to blend the unrelated images together I got this - it turned out “Better Than Expected.”

Original pen and ink, scanned and colored with Procreate and Apple Pencil on iPad Pro 12.9. Post processing in Painnt.

Procreate, IColorama, Snapseed

This image is a portrait of someone I asked to photograph years ago when we worked together. After years of not seeing each other we connected on social media and she began to see my mobile images. Finally she acquiesced. So glad we reconnected. This image is layered in Procreate, some fine tuning in Snapseed and text added in IColorama.

Called Discovery because I drew most of this while binging on Star Trek Discovery seasons one and two. Digital abstract in Procreate with Apple Pencil an iPad Pro
