Camera+, 2 photos used for figure, 2 photos for trees & branches & a leaves photo. Processed using icolorama, procreate, Pixelmator, flowpaper & Lenslight.
This piece started out with some experiments I was doing in the mobile app icolorama with the brush tool. As I started getting this "Icey" look on the already manipulated figure I went with it. The figure itself was a compilation of two different mobile photos done in Procreate & iColorama. I then added the rest. The leaves, were altered in Procreate, birds from icolorama brush, Flowpaper for blue gauze effect, sparkles & some filtering from LensLight, the trees & limbs altered mostly in iColorama using the effects tool with blending.

"There is some new recruits with us I should introduce, but i'm not going to, because...I don't care."
So, it's safe to say Zootopia has consumed me. I have watched it so many times, and one thing that I found myself liking more and more as I watched it was Chief Bogo, as played by Idris Elba.
I was talking with Andy (Delta Customs) and how Bogo would be cool to have, but how I didn't want to/ didn't have the supplies to sculpt him. So, me and Andy started talking, and I essentially commissioned a Bogo from him. We agreed that Andy would sculpt most of it, he would send it to me for touch ups and anything I wanted to add, and then for me to paint.
So, most of the credit for the sculpt of this guy goes to Andy. The only additions I have added my self are the belt pockets, tail, toes, a re-sculpted snout, and the paint job.
If you wish, here is what the figure looked like before paint: www.flickr.com/photos/140400223@N05/27395433963/in/datepo...
The main body is a Lego 1 by 2 brick, and a Lego torso. On the sides, sloped 1 by 2 grill pieces were added. The base of the neck is a few 1 by 1 tiles.
The entire head, and most of the bulk of the chest was sculpted out of Procreate by Andy. The snout was sculpted out of Green Stuff by myself.
His arms are Lego arms surrounded by Procreate, with Lego hands incorporated into the arm.
His hooves were sculpted by me out of Green Stuff.
The pouches on his belt were made from a plastic card.
His tail is made from a Lego blue rubber band and a Lego string.
So, to re state. The majority of the sculpt was done by Delta Customs. Then some added additions and the entire paint job were done by me.
I am overjoyed with how this turn out, so please tell me what you think.
When I was growing up, Japanese beetles were a challenge. They would devour plants, and especially loved to eat the petals of my father's roses.
I've been married 39 years, but each time I see these little critters, I wonder what they're going to destroy.

Hello Friends and Family.
Stopping in for a bit to say hi and and check out a few photos around these parts.
Grace and Dale are Great. Grace continues to be an unbelievable joy nearly every moment...constantly giving of her great spirit to me and all others around...I would certainly have more grumpy minutes if not for her happiness. And her "Poor Spells" are usually so entertaining they bring good laughs.
Dale and I have been working extra hard AND vacation is coming real soon. We will be surrounded by family and old friends by the middle of next week. Much needed.
(There is an abundance of Quantaray Lenses on Ebay due to camera shops closing...I just purchased the 18-200mm made by Sigma for a great price. Also the 70-300mm with a Macro 1:2 made by Tamron that I love for dirt cheap. Not for you better glass people...but both lenses are serving me wonderful.)
Take Care everyone...and Happy Fourth of July America.
Butterfly season is well underway now and I was fortunate to visit my local colony of Green-veined Whites and Orange Tips and spot these two whites mating on a Cuckoo Flower. Hopefully I will make quite a few more visits in the upcomming weeks.
Manbat and Kirk Langstrom, Manbat was made for me by Billy Riner who did a fantastic job on this (love the use of scoboo). I love it so much and I couldn't be any happier with it. Expect a lot of pics of this guy tonight. :)
