The idea here was to have an unfinished look to this piece.I figured i'd do an old school pencil drawing not completely painted over to emphasize this concept. At the same time a good opportunity to show the range of traditional styles you can achieve with the sketching Protools from 1.6

This is an iPad painting, made with a beta version of #iColorama, and #Procreate. I used a photograph from Ronda's collection, and a few in my stash, as sources to make this.

I found this great building on google map street view but when I got there the facade had been repainted and there was new development advertising all over it. Fortunately the alley and around the back were more untouched.
Drawn in Procreate on the iPad. The hair was a fun challenge.
