It's officially summer.
I'm thrilled, but found myself wistfully thinking of big pots of warm soup, and homemade bread this afternoon.

iPad/Procreate fingerpainting
This is an iPad painting, made with a beta version of iColorama, and Procreate.
It was made in honor of a dear woman, who was a mentor, advisor, comforter, and often a mother to me, throughout my life.
I worked from a photograph sent by her daughter, Tevlig Pearson, and from my heart, which is full of gratitude.
Painted on an iPad using Procreate. I used a custom brush for the fur work and I think it took around 2 months of infrequent work.
