Just thought i'd show the difference between the originals and the edits of a few of my pictures, seemed interesting. haha
Overly processed (is there any other way?) New Horizons image of Pluto's moon Charon, released today (10 September 2015).
1/8sec @ f/10, 147mm, ISO160. Viewed at 1:1 the increased detail of the G3 over that taken with the G1 shot is pretty apparent. However, there's also a marked difference in the saturation of the two JPEGs (both shot in 'Standard' mode); with the G1 actually turning in a more accurate, although almost clipped in the red channel, result. The next image is the same shot developed from its companion RAW file.
I kinda find these fun pieces. The colours are taken from an array rather than from images and make me think of sweets. Their movement and composition however are always very different. I have no idea where they are going.
The papers of second University Librarian Eleanor Welch is getting close to being done!

As they say..Education, science or knowledge is a weapon...Knowledge empowers us and gives us tools to live, grow, face all challenges we pass through to reach our aims and desires in life. Since birth we are taught at home and then school, putting a base, hopefully strong enough. Then came college, now, and college, egyptian college, feels like it's trying to destroy any base put in younger years.
This antique lamp is hung on this antique wall...and antique is what the college, the professors and the whole education system is...old,falling apart, and taking us and any hope for a future in sync with the rest of the world to ruins....We struggle to light the flame of knowledge...the system in one breathe.. "whooof"....darkness..

Other treatment : Hope for the College Lamp
From a series of older images I retreated using the Van Dyke and Cyanotype processes (hand painted photo emulsions).
