It's hard to tell from this picture, but they drove the cement truck right over the lawn to pour the forms.
11 year old roof needs the west side replaced. An attempted at repair was made in the past that was unsuccessful. The temporary solution is to cover the section with a waterproof membrane that will last 4 to 5 months.
We are putting a fence up because our feral cats tend to congregate in the neighbors' yard and I think it annoys them. Of course putting up a fence might just make them stay on the wrong side, but all the food will be inside the fence!

I try to wear light footwear in places like this, and walk very slowly, watching where I step, being careful where I place tripod legs, and so on. And I try to do it when no one is around, lest I give somebody wrong ideas - that it's okay to do this. Chances are they won't be walking as softly as I do.
As for the photo itself... it isn't quite what I envisioned, because I simply could not have gotten into an ideal position without causing real damage to the delicate foliage. But it's close. Sometimes you have to settle for close.

I recently bought a htc desire s and noticed a problem with the display. It seems that the gorilla glass display was not cut right and space was left between the display and the unibody. Also i have found 6 or more dead/stuck pixels. The problem is on the top and right side. Bottom and left side seem ok. Dust gets inside the device as well as a lot of moisture from holding the phone next to my cheek when i make calls. Good thing it has a gorilla glass display and unibody.
