Problem: Loud noise investigation
Big foot prints on roof could be big raccoon
NE corner of flat roof there is a bathroom vent pipe that is leaking, sealed to make water tight
Chimney flashing not done properly, chimney will fail soon if there is no leak (no step or counter flashing)
Couple gutter spikes loose that were resecured, the downspout on east side sturdy,
Bay window on NE corner counterflashing was loose --secured ,
next to flashing there are lights where chairs were to aluminated deck, two loose lights so he tie wrapped to secure them
No obvious signs of rattling could be chairs that are hanging out of deck they could be banging
Tar and gravel roof,
Front roof looks good, flashing are ok
The eastern edge of one of the earliest plans for the New Town. The 'Grand Square' would become St Andrew's Square (but without the planned church, which ended up along George Street after Laurence Dundas chored the plot.)
The random plots of land on the right were left outside the New Town, leading to a spat when Clelland (he of Clelland's Feu marked there) decided to turn property developer and feu out his land in the form of St James's Square, taking advantage of the new North Bridge but crucially free of the city's taxes. In the end, after legal action, St James's Square went ahead, and the jaunty angle of the various plots relative to George St etc is still echoed in the layout of that corner of town.

We saw cut and removed a few sections of concrete. When the home was built, the concrete was not sloped properly. The rain water flows right to the home. Once the concrete was removed, we removed the dirt to 8 inches in depth. We installed white rock in these areas. This will help to allow water to perk into the ground and not run through the garage and house.
After the re-grout yesterday, the problem still remains. Portions of the grout seem to never completely dry and remain discolored.

They describe themselves as "four-piece feminist queer punk band from Belfast". Great fun, energy and they sound great too and are great at banter with the crowd. I was looking forward to them at Stendhal and they didnt dissapoint! I love them!
