I really don't know why this is so much like a painting!

This is the entrance road up to the mesa. The mesa is approximately 1000 feet above the valley floor. Autumn colors; reds, oranges, and yellows, cover the slopes of all the hills.

As always, a photo each day for 365 days. All shot and edited using Apps on my iPhone 5.
The photo was taken using the camera App ProHDR for iPhone. The original image can be found below.
First of all I used the app Leonardo to edit the image. This was done by cropping the bottom of the image, then adjusting the Colour Vibrance. I also adjusted the Clarity and Brightness a little. Next I used the app Mextures to add extra lighting and texture to the picture. The preset that I applied was a custom one that I have used before. After this I used Distressed FX to add some extra texture to the image using the Stirred overlay and the Lade Texture. Finally I used the app Laminar to apply the Caquelure FX and the Snap Stack frame to the image.
The original photo was taken while waiting to collect my daughter from Choir practice. It is in the the Cathedral Quarter of Coventry City Centre. The image is of Holy Trinity Church. This is a view looking up at the impressive Spire from Priory Row, near to the Song School for the Choir of Coventry Cathedral.
I won't deny the fact that I'm might be stereotyping but somehow Singaporeans always pale in comparison when it comes to friendliness.
We don't give way, we don't say thanks, we don't apologize (of course, there's always exceptions); and the loudest thing you'd ever hear coming from us is complaints. I honestly find it hard to ever approach any stranger for a snap shot so kowtows to those who are that much braver.
Taken with iPhone 4 and edited using crossprocess, proHDR and filterstorm.
Too much processing.
iPhone pic using Pro HDR.
Clarity filter added in Camera+.
Straightened in Snapseed.
Back into Camera+, Clarity filter added AGAIN and then cropped to square.
A less processed version is here...

This view is located in the Desert View area at the east end of the park. Although the canyon isn't as deep here, it is far more colorful and offers good views of the river. This is my favorite part of the park.
He just sat there, barely moving a inch, watching the buses depart and people passing him by. He doesn't say a word, doesn't hear a thing.
Shutting down all senses only to heighten one. Maybe that way, he could feel the world moving under his feet.
Taken with iPhone 4 and edited using Photogene, camerabag, crossprocess, proHDR and blurFX.

Day 365 of 365: My iPhone #iphoneography photo a day project.
Well my very first attempt at a 365 project has today come to the end of the road.
I have found this to be very challenging, and at some times very frustrating. I was running behind with it but as is the case with most of us I have work and family commitments that have to come first.
I would like to thank everyone who has taken the time to view and comment on my iPhone photo's, many of you have had a large impact on my work and for this I thank you.
Now I need to ask myself "will I do another 365 on my iPhone ?"
(Image taken and edited on my iPhone 3gs. Uploaded using Flickit Pro and edited using various apps purchased for my iPhone. This image is part of my iPhone photo a day project taken over 365 days.)
