Above you can see a picture taken of a young adult hard at work in the stock room of a retail liquidation centre. What you do not see is that the stockroom is surrounded by unlocked exists and no security system. Although it is very difficult to steal, due to the amount of employees that create traffic in and out of the stockroom, it is not impossible. This type of situation is a great ethical test. The lack of security can educate employees on the importance of trust and loyalty. The employer of this organization believes that his employees will not disrespect him by stealing. Therefore, if the employee chooses not to steal and resists temptation then he has learned and understood the reality that it is more important to earn your money and respect your employer then to steal.
