The mise en place for this afternoon's Superbowl Sushi.
Top row, left to right- tomato, cream cheese sticks, smoked salmon sauteed shrimp. Bottom row, left to right cucumber strips (top), roasted asparagus (bottom), roasted portabello mushroom strips. The only team member not present is the avacado strips. I must wait until right before I use them to peel and cut them. I don't want mushy brownness on my sushi rolls.
