Love the P-3's motors. The airliner dorks that dig the P-8, a fancy 737, will never understand the awesomeness of things that pump out a 3000' trail of soot on the horizon. Wait until those P8s start sucking in huge seabirds into their motors and have fatigue issues from continued low level ops. ETOPS is being taken a step to far with that design. Long live the mighty quad prop Orion!

Early morning prep for the day's cooking. Top L-R: for Stuffing, Spiced Veggies, extra celery. Bottom: Shallots for potatoes, Veggies for Turkey, (Mashed) Potatoes
I used two 9v battery harnesses as bases; here the plastic on the top has been cut and peeled back to expose the connections. I poked holes in the top of the plastic flap and ran my connections through them.

Firstly, before I applied any make-up i prepped my models face using a primer, then I used a foundation brush to apply foundation to the face to give me an even base to work on.

While Bottura prepared the main course and also treated diners to his balsamico tradizionale, and 3-year old Parmigiano Reggiano vacche rossa, Gentile and his team prepared an equally impressive array that was both delicious, and in many way, magical for most all in attendance. It was truly a special evening.
Under the Stars Gala Dinner and Fundraiser

This fundraiser is co-hosted by George Brown College, Buca Restaurant, and the Consul General of Italy. Proceeds from the gala dinner will benefit the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts (CHCA) Scholarship Fund. Dinner will be prepared by Buca, Chef Bottura, and his team. This is an invitation-only event.

Preparing the ingredients for a neon green juice:
-cucumbers
-apple
-two celery stalks
-half a lemon (peeled)
-ginger
Toss in the juicer and go!
