Which rendering is better? -01 is a simple crop, while in -02, I brightened the image, boosted the contrast and colour saturation
Patrick is a homeless guy that we met while walking along the levee. He told us a story about how he is from Fort Worth, but ended up in Baton Rouge after exercising too much of his right to free speech. He said that his mom and dad were both naval officers. He didn't really say how he ended up becoming homeless.
x-pro'd Rollei Digibase CR200 + PP: Metropolis effect in Aviary (because the colours were a bit yucky!)
I took this one a while back at my dad's house. I haven't been out shooting lately, so am going through old images and practicing post processing techniques. I wanted this one to look like I shot it with expired film. It actually looks pretty close to some of the shots I have gotten on my AE-1 with the 50mm f/1.4. I think that I really brought out the "grain" in this one effectively.

This is an orange flavored toffee. As a kid this used to be one of my favorites. It used to come very cheap .......15 pieces for mere 2 rupees ! We used to call it "santre ki goli"(orange toffee).
Recently a friend offered these to me............and with it came whole lot of beautiful and lovely memories :):):)

From my first strobist shoot.
Strobist: Canon 430EX on camera right, 580EX II in front of model with small softbox. Some ambient light coming thru the window.
I'm still searching my pp-style.
Flickr sharpening seems to be too much for this.

Marsa Alam (Arabic: مرسى علم) is a town in south-eastern Egypt, on the west coast of the Red Sea. It is currently seeing increasing popularity as a tourist destination and development including the opening of Marsa Alam Airport in 2001.
Marsa Alam is situated near the Tropic of Cancer where the Arabian Desert meets the Red Sea, and it has the appearance of a tropical paradise with its palm trees, mangroves and sea coasts fringed with barrier coral reefs. It has already gained a strong reputation amongst scuba divers due to its numerous and unspoilt diving sites both along the coast and offshore. Sightings of spinner dolphins, dugongs and hammerhead sharks are a frequent occurrence for those who venture into its waters.
