I'm not too sure where these ideas come out of but today's idea was the rainbow of desires! Decided to make a rainbow of things I want more than anything right now.
Garry-self explaintory. I want to be with Garry again, hell, I'd settle with getting to skype with Garry again!
California-The hopes of moving to California to be with Garry and school in photography is what's keeping me alive right now. This is my biggest goal.
New camera-I love my camera but I can't tell you the envy that boils in my belly when I see someone with a better camera.
Ghost Adventures-New season starts October! I ADORE the show! eee!
A place to call home-Right now I feel displaced. I don't feel like this campus is home and I don't feel like Sugarcreek is home. So where is home?
Sephora+Ordo-So I'm obsessed with this RP Garry and I are in...but because they can't afford the internet right now it's been put on hold for a good 2 weeks. It's my romantic outlet right now...it SUCKS!
So there you have it, my rainbow of desires!
TRF: I'm actually excited for classes to start tomorrow....
two of my co-workers designed and built this mosaic of the king out of post it notes over the memorial day weekend.

This is what I do instead of homework. I have to go write a lab report now...
This is my desk ( seriously - who else's desk would it be? never mind - it really could be someone else's desk ... ) ... Okay - so this is my desk and I have a serious addiction to Sharpie markers ... I love them - all kinds of them - all colors of them - all points - of course my favorites are the Ultra Fine Point and the Extra Fine Point - oh oh and the new Sharpie Pen that doesn't bleed through ... if you look around a little you'll also see I have a serious Post-It note addiction (and trust me when I tell you what you see is only the tip of the iceberg (wearing my shocked and ashamed face) ...
A giant ground spider (土蜘蛛) causes no end of trouble for an intrepid guy. On a post-it note! For #drawlloween No. 30!
Found this bulletin board at Moonleaf at St. Thomas Square which is full of post-it notes posted by the customers of the said shop. This very attractive, actually, and I can see the owner of the shop smiling whenever someone is posting here. I, fortunately, have a super small post-it note with me that time so I took the advantage of posting my own dedication in it. I hope I can still see whenever me and my boyfriend will go there to have some milk tea. It's our first time to drink at Moonleaf and the Wintermelon Milk Tea tastes so good!
By the way, our second term as a junior college student officially started today. And yes, three more terms to go and we're finally saying hello to the real world. I am hoping for a higher grades this term though, lol! :)

A few weeks after Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton's colossal lost at her bid for the White House to Billionaire/Presidential Candidate Donald Trump.
New Yorkers took to posting "post it notes" on the walls of Union Square train station to vent their frustrations, shock and fears of what's to come under a Trump administration.

Community art collage created by Adrian Wallett made from 183 Post-It Notes from around the World from many artists.
This project took me around 10 months to begin and finally complete. I used the power of the internet to gain Post-it Note artwork from across the globe from a wide variety of very talented artists.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that took part and helped create such an amazing collage.
If you like this project and the finished collage please leave a comment below.

...help me remember. I swear sometimes I am losing it. If I do not have a note to remind me I forget.

Honestly, my only reason for doing this is because I needed an excuse to put post-its all over the place. It took a while but was worth it for sure.

92/365 - This was so fun! I worked on this all day, and wanted to go out and do some more, but it began raining! :( I'm the hugest dork in the world, yeah but I'm okay with that! And you never know who needed to hear these messages!
I have been lacking a bit in the "funness" of my 365 lately, and when TOTW came up with this one...I had to think a bit about what to do (p.s. I have another idea if it stops raining) But I totally loved staking people out as they were coming out of the gas station and found some random note on their cars!! hehehe, can you imagine? It was so awesome! Like I said I wanted to finish today, maybe I will sometime (and take pics of course)
So the first one..that says Someone Loves You, this young kid came out and I had no idea it was his truck, but I was so embarassed he would think it was me that I didn't have my camera out to take a picture...I totally turned the other way and minded my own business. It was awesome!
I have no issues today, I'm home hanging out...doing some stuff around the house, eating soup and drinking tea. After I post this, I'm going to snuggle up out in the porch with my tea and a book and watch the rain. I love spring rains! And remember these messages folks! That's important stuff I tell ya!!
I've been out here searchin for a meaning for my life, haven't found what I've been searching for...
This took me 2 days to get the layout right (im a perfectionist) and I think I am happy with it now, but Mr.Fish the eraser still needs sticking on...
Materials: diary page, divider, labels, Toy Story 2 notepaper, post-it notes, holographic tape, address label, envelope, page marker from diary, ring-reinforcements, pink index card, green note paper (with new star-punch testing on it!), Macmillan pen, scotch tape, paper-clip, random note labelled 'portfolio' that fell out of a folder. And I think that is everything.
Public art installation on a storefront window in Carroll Gardens. It’s a question every New Yorker wonders – how much is my neighbor paying for their apartment? "I’ve Lived" was an interactive installation that helped demystify the topic by inviting local residents and other passers-by to share information about their living situation. Inspired by Illegal Art's "To Do" installation, this participatory project covered a storefront window with Post-it notes stamped with specific fill-in-the-blank forms. Passers-by could fill in a note with their own apartment information and balk at the high and low numbers paid by others. By the end of the week, the window will transformed into a useful collection of personal notes created by and relevant to the community, while serving as a reflection of changing real estate values.
"I've Lived" was created by Candy Chang and was part of the Windows Brooklyn exhibit that paired artists with storefront windows in Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens June 14-22, 2008.

White-out still proves to be the best way to get a large area covered in white. Hope you like this tall mug of love & coffee.

A little follow-up fun... I thought there should be something hanging in the office to commemorate the event.

January 2009- Traveling light this year.
Bag: Timbuk2 Custom Messenger.
This is hands-down the best bag I have ever owned. Almost 1 year old and I feel as thought I am still breaking it in.
I actually found this note in a post secret book.
It says "While visiting my parents last night, I caught my father sleeping in front of the TV. The moment was both beautiful & sad. I realized how little I really know him - yet, at that moment, I felt more connected to him than I ever had before."
It really touched me.
But wait, there's more! There are even Post-it Notes to match Dots! I was thrilled to find them :-)))

19 August 2011. In High Road Wood Green. Old-fashioned social media still work to share messages. Pay attention Clay Shirky!

§ Fans of the former Big Green Bookshop in Brampton Park Road know this was just around the corner from their shop. After posting my photos I saw that Simon Key, from the bookshop, had blogged about it here with some of his own photos.
§ You can see the whole Wood Green board on Sarah Moore's twitpic.
§ Simon Key thought the idea came from Peckham. Here's their Peace Wall videoed by YourNewsUKtv.
§ It turned out that the idea of a post-it wall was widespread. See, for example, Alex Banahene's huge collection of photos from the Peace Wall at Manchester's Arndale Centre. Click here to view them as a slideshow
§ A BBC news webpage by Vanessa Barford, quotes positive comments from various people. These include Rowenna Davis, a councillor representing Peckham who said: "It was quite cathartic for people to know that other people felt the same, that they were not alone, that people loved their community, and there was pride in the area."
Vanessa Barford also quotes a couple of professors and a psychologist who give useful insights. For example about the "urge for people to physically turn up to share or express their emotions."
Though - as in Alex Banahane's photos - some of the many comments posted under the story were blunt and sometimes negative. A few disagreed with the idea of post-it 'walls'. (Click on "All comments". Number 79 appears first.)

What a perfect ending,
to this film we are watching,
because she loves her boyfriend,
like he has loved his girlfriend.
just like the night sleeps on by,
just like the sun wakes the sky,
they are so in love.
like we are so in love.
so hug it tight and embrace it,
don't let the world deface it,
just let it shout with amazement,
as we dance tonight.
just like the cold becomes spring,
just like the perfect daydream,
just like your pretty eyes gleam,
we are so in love.
