I was reading a second-hand book and I found this post-it folded between the leaves. I am not sure I like the sentiment. I certainly don't like the grammar.

I was making myself a bunch of notes to remember to do things. Take vitamins, do stretches... etc, so I added this to the bathroom mirror! We can all use more positivity!
Course included a trip out to Goodwood Sculpture Park. Couldn't resist the temptation to "interfere" with one or two sculptures.
I've been thinking about clowns and cirque lately. There is a upcoming event that I am working on ideas for paintings for which is of a cirque / vaudevillian theme.

Drew this on a post-it. Or at least some of this. Then I scanned it and tidied it up and put the shadows in and the image in the poster and then put a grain over it. There was a girl in the poster to start with but it seemed then like it was telling a story and I don't want it to. Like the tentacles are her or something. It's just supposed to be a some dumb spaceman thing.
