Duckstein's house tradition is the "Brewer's Pan". A frying pan filled with Pan-fried potatoes, kassler smoked pork cutlets and bratwurst sausages.

My favorite food is pork cutlet. This is made up pork. Eat together soup, rice, salad. Meterial of this food is pork, egg, flour. Recipe is first coat the meat with flour and then fry.

Deep fried pork cutlet curry rice

Day 145 - As agreed a while back, I would take wifey to places she mentions, so today I took her here, way in the west end, what you feast your eyes on is the Japanese curry pork cutlet. I have to say the cutlet was good, altho the curry sorta tasted like that gilco stuff you get at tnt. All in all it was good, after all who can really say no to fried porkchop. We also had an order of salmon roll, which they rolled in fried panko crumbs for texture, not bad if I will add.

After that we hit up the mall in the west end to burn off those lunch time calories. Walking end to end, wifey picked up a book, and that is about it, tried on a bunch of stuff, but never purchased any of it.

After all that calorie burn, it turns out we hit up tnt to get some greasy chinese food, starting with bean curd, ending with beef brisket. Hahaha so much for burning calories. Altho dinner was very yummy.

my lunch treat! oiishi nei =9

so savory, so cheap, so good!
