pork chops stuffed with celery, cumin and comte cheese. topping consists of sauteed lady apples & prosciouto. all of this is laying on a bed (sauce) consisting of apple cider, mulling spices and whole grain mustard. side of roasted brussel sprouts charred to caramely pefection.

My dinner for today tuesday :) I finally kinda got my grill working so I took advantage of it today ahd had a couple of chops from omaha steaks, little salt pepper and garlic powder, and I am good to go, yummy :P
