I grilled the chops..added some Cattleman's classic sauce mixed in Robin Miller's bbq sauce....covered with foil an finished in preheated 250 F oven for 30 min...then cut oven off and remove after 30 min.
We put our new "searing skills" (from the cooking class) into action. Now we have juicy, tasty pork chops!
Jamie Oliver's recipe. Served with cherry tomatoes (with parsley, basil and thyme) and cabbage (with Worcester sauce).
